After clicking the "Go" button, we will list each line of your order with the status information. Where an item is marked "received" this normally means that we are awaiting receipt of something else before we can despatch the order to you.
We normally update this information every two days.
If you would like us to despatch a part order, please email us and we will be happy to oblige. The remander of the order will be despatched as soon as it is received. Please note that we will raise separate postage charges for the shipments. These may be more in total than for a single shipment.
Please note that, for your protection, you can only list orders from the computer used to place the orders. If this is not possible, please email us and we will reply as soon as possible.
